Travel Resolution is a trading name operated by Milagros Tanner, an individual New Zealand sole trader. It is not an incorporated company.

We provide independent, paid guidance to individuals navigating travel-related situations. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.

What We Do

Travel Resolution provides independent, fee-based assistance. Our services consist of:

• Explaining publicly available airline policies in plain language
• Helping customers understand the options that may be available for their situation
• Helping prepare change, cancellation, or refund requests to submit to the airline
• Guiding customers through airline forms and published processes

Travel Resolution does not access airline booking systems or customers' airline accounts. We provide independent guidance based on information voluntarily supplied by customers and publicly available airline policies. We do not guarantee approval, availability, refunds, compensation, credits, corrections, or response times.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not directly rebook flights in airline systems on our own initiative
• We do not directly process refunds or cancellations
• We do not guarantee any specific airline outcome
• We do not have official airline authorization or partnership
• We do not collect airline passwords, one-time codes, or payment card details
• We are not an emergency service

Our Service Fee

Our fee is separate from and in addition to any charges the airline may apply (such as fare differences, change fees, or taxes). Airline charges are entirely the airline's responsibility and are not collected by Travel Resolution.

You may always contact your airline directly at no cost. Travel Resolution is an optional paid service, not a replacement for direct airline contact.

Service Acceptance Requirement

No paid work begins until you have received and accepted a written summary that includes:

• The specific service to be provided
• The exact fee
• Travel Resolution's independent, non-airline status
• Refund conditions
• Outcome limitations (airline decisions remain the airline's alone)

Important Security Notice

Never send us your airline password, one-time code, full payment-card number, passport image, or government ID through this website, email, or any online form. Any request for such information through unsecured channels should be treated as suspicious.
